Some people use pipes to transport water, boots to stomp around in, and saws to cut wood, but for Mike Silverman, a.k.a. That 1 Guy, it's all used for music. He created his own instrument,"The Pipe", out of seven feet of industrial plumbing, wads of duct tape ('a musician's best friend') a stand-up bass string, and flashing electronica.
He's become a one-man-band playing what looks like an 8th grade science project gone awry. "None of it was meant to do what it's doing but it just does it perfectly."
Which explains why That 1 Guy's Mexican cowboy boot is now plugged into an amp.
